YOGA

Megan’s background and experience feeds her drive to empower others through movement. She has been teaching Dance, Yoga, and Pilates since retiring as a dancer in 2008. Her classes help cultivate body awareness, strength, dynamic flexibility and a deeper understanding of the body and what it can do.

 

Megan teaches Beginner Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Strong Body at the Core Collective.

BEGINNER HOT YOGA

Develop a daily practice and explore movement on your mat with Yoga for beginners. Yoga is a powerful tool to balance your mind, release  tension, and feel better in your body. You'll enjoy the benefits of yoga  as you work through short flows that break down the elements of  vinyasa. This class is heated to enhance your flexibility and mobility.

VINYASA FLOW HOT YOGA

This heated class links traditional yoga poses into a creative vinyasa flow for a more modern take on your movement practice. You'll move through 5 vinyasas  that blend flexibility, standing poses, core work and backbends to help you open up and move you to your fullest expression.

STRONG BODY HOT YOGA

Strong Body is a heated dynamic flow to help cultivate body awareness,  strength, balance, and flexibility. It’s filled with effective exercises and challenging movements that will engage the muscles in your arms,  legs, and core. This class is best for those with some yoga experience,  and a baseline fitness level.  It is not a beginner class.
